FUSEBOX is a unique and vibrant new company specialising in theatre and opera.

We present a new theatre of the imagination, dedicated to story-telling that provides a platform for visual and performance artists from different backgrounds and crafts to come together and experiment. In 2011 we presented a varied and innovative programme, including a UK Premiere by acclaimed American composer, Jake Heggie, a new play based on Pushkin’s The Queen of Spades and a staged version of a song cycle, Midnight Closes, by Charlotte Bray, the 2010 RPS Composition Award winner. In the next year, we hope to build on this exciting mixture of contemporary work and unusual repertoire- all told from an imaginist’s perspective. Please join us.
